This home remodel project was a such a pleasure to work on because we have known these clients for a number of years. A few months back, they came to me ready to purchase their “forever/retirement” home and were absolutely up for the task of finding a home that wasn’t quite perfect but with our help could become exactly what they wanted it to be.
After a short search process and we found the house and began devising our renovation plan. The kitchen layout was perfect, but the cabinets looked WAY TOO 80’s. We explained to them that would be an easy fix. Let’s just replace the doors and paint the cabinets and this kitchen would look like new! We decided to go with our favorite trim paint color from Sherwin Williams – Pure White #7005 and for the walls we chose Sherwin Williams – Agreeable Grey #7029.
Moving into the living room, the converted atrium had an interesting wall nook straight out of Tuscany – nope. Then in the hall bathroom there was a faux finished bathroom remodel that featured breakaway brick – that had to go!
Lastly, we painted the house to match throughout and epoxied the garage floor and added stained privacy panel to the decorative rot iron gate. Take a look below at our gallery of in progress photos.
