When the time comes for a change sometimes you don’t need to tear everything out and start over to accomplish big updates. This house in Bellaire was in need of an update to restore it to its former glory. The home just needed a fresh look and some modifications to make their home feel brand new again.
We started with putting an updated look to the outdated kitchen with modifying and changing the cabinet doors to shaker style doors. We then removed the old arches, forty-five degree angles and fluted moldings and went back with a clean straight line design for today’s more modern look. Also in the kitchen we removed an outdated desk in the breakfast room area and converted into a multipurpose bench with storage cabinet at the back door which is perfect for the family on the go. Check-out the before and after photo of the fireplace with sleek marble surround. To finish off this renovation it was out with the wood balusters on the entry stairs and in with new iron balusters. New gray walls and white trim throughout with beautiful quartz counters and new contemporary light fixtures completed this beautiful Bellaire update!
