Most Houstonians have memories of Hurricane Harvey and the devastation! This home in Meyerland has history for me as we worked with the previous owners remodeling and restoring it twice after flooding. Unfortunately, when Hurricane Harvey hit Houston in 2017 this home was victim yet again to flooding. The new owners have had a battle with the insurance companies and City of Houston to finally reach the point to be able to make the necessary repairs and remodel their home. These are the before pictures of what this amazing couple have had to endure and live in since Hurricane Harvey. We have waited for months for City of Houston permits. I am excited to say we finally have our permit and have started working on the remodel to restore this home in 2022! Before and after pictures coming very soon!!!
| We actually have a little more demo to complete and then some framing changes to finish. Almost everyone that we work with rebuilding after Hurricane Harvey made some modifications and updates while restoring their homes.
