A former Sears Appliance store has been transformed into a new puppy store complete with playpens so that you can play with the puppies. A showroom with glass observation panels, kennels and display cases are part of the puppy protocol. City of Pasadena required extensive plumbing be completed as a sample well had to be installed. Electrical, HVAC, plumbing, framing, painting and flooring was completed to create this cute space for the puppies!
Making Progress on Hurricane Harvey Home …
Most Houstonians have memories of Hurricane Harvey and the devastation! This home in Meyerland has history for me as we worked with the previous owners remodeling and restoring it twice after flooding. Unfortunately, when Hurricane Harvey hit Houston in 2017 this home was victim yet again to flooding. The new owners have had a battle with the insurance companies and City of Houston to finally reach the point to be able to make the necessary repairs and remodel their home.
I am so thankful to be part of this rebuild. We have reframed the living area to open walls and create an open floor plans. Custom Cabinets have been installed and tile work completed. We are painting now and the house will start making its transformation!
